Now let's take a moment to just bring our thoughts inward and we are going to focus for a moment on the meditation and mindfulness in our daily lives. So let's go ahead and find a comfortable position. We can lay on the floor, sitting up tall and leaning against a wall and let's go ahead and close our eyes bringing our thoughts inward. Now let's think about how we've gone through our day today and how we have chosen to eat our meals today. Have we been grabbing something on the run, have we taken the time to sit down and eat with friends or family? Let's picture ourselves at one of our meals today, sitting down with a plate of food in front of our face, down on the table and let's think about every color on that plate, every morsel of food, seeing it all on our plate, taking it all in and as we begin to eat our meal taking small forkfuls of food, small spoonfuls, bring that food to our mouths and savoring the flavors, enjoying the intricacies of the tastes in our mouths and going through our entire meal in that way, taking several minutes in our minds to go through that meal, slowly focusing on every smell, every sight and every taste. And let's commit to ourselves now to use that mindfulness when we are eating all of our meals all the time and we will enjoy our food so much more.
