How to Do Breathing Exercises ow to Meditate with Deep Breathing
This is Prarit Jha, on behalf of Expert Village. Now we are going to do some breathing exercises, which help you to increase our immune system and, our, as well as our body resistance. Just sit in a simple position, in which you can sit for a longer. Just join you tip of you index finger and thumb. Just drop you shoulder, try to keep it relaxed and keep your eyes closed. Just try to breathe deeply into your lungs and exhale totally out. Just do like this - just inhale. Do not strain, don't take too much pressure on your face. Just try to keep it very relaxed and focused. Just inhale and exhale. Inhale...exhale...inhale...exhale...inhale...exhale. Just try to do it for 3 to 5 minutes. If you find any discomfort in between, at that very time, just try to relax for awhile. Just practice simple breathing.
