Your 9th chakra, or Earth Star Chakra, is located about 6 inches beneath your feet. This is your chakra gateway that connects you with Mother Earth, Gaia. The gift of your 9th chakra is your soul life force purpose. Whenever you touch Mother Earth you immediately feel a renewed sense of well-being through this chakra. This a transpersonal chakra, meaning it does not have a location point on your physical body, but rather works through your soul energy field. Your 8th chakra, or Universal Heart, is a golden thread of light at the area between your heart and throat, and connects you with your soul energy field and all that is. The primary function of your 8th Chakra is the experience of Universal Cosmic Love. Sit comfortably now with your spine erect. Begin to focus on your breath, inhale slowly and allow your lungs to fill with air. Imagine the air you breathe to be filled with the rainbow light of prana or life force energy. See this pranic light vibrating with all the colors of the rainbow. As air fills your lungs imagine this vibrating rainbow light flowing through your bloodstream to all the cells of your body. With each out breath see any blockage like grey smoke being released from each of your 7 Major Chakras and your energy system. You are now effectively releasing blockages from each of your 7 Major Chakras. Continue to breathe in this vibrating life force energy of prana. Imagine this life force energy flowing through your blood stream to all the cells of your body and with each out breath release any blockage in your energy system. Now breathe in an affirm, Each cell of my body is lovingly connected to its neighbor. There is perfect and smooth interaction between all the cells of my body. This perfect and smooth interaction makes me strong and resilient. Through my body s cells and energy system I am lovingly connected to the stars and to the earth. Through my body s cells and energy system I am one with all that is. Now focus your awareness at the area of your 8th chakra, located halfway between your heart and throat. Imagine a beautiful golden thread of light connecting you with the heart of our Milky Way Galaxy. Affirm, I am harmony and love, I love, I am loved. I am connected with all that is in harmony and love. Feel your connection with harmony and love with all that is through your 8th chakra. You can spend more time here meditating upon your connection with all that is in harmony and light and love as time permits. Rest here for a moment, and if you re listening to the archive, you may stop the recording for a longer sojourn here in your universal heart. Allow whatever surfaces to be for your own highest good. Know the love that you are, feel your self being loved completely as you are. Slowly now, when you are ready, bring your awareness back into your body. Breathe in the Rainbow Light of prana, and as you exhale feel peace and healing vibrating and resonating within all the cells of your body, your 7 Major Chakras and your entire energy system. Your body is aglow and radiating the vibrant light of life force energy. Feel the Joy of Life flow through you, connecting you with all that is. Now ground your Intention for peace and healing by focusing your awareness at your 9th Earth Star Chakra located about 6 inches beneath your feet. Imagine the earth s magnetism grounding and supporting you in your intention. Allow yourself to rest for a few moments as you breathe, wiggle your fingers and toes, stretch and feel the miracle of your body and mind. Give thanks, and feel the Joy of Being Alive.
