So the ummmm is the sound of the beginning, and the sound of the middle, and the sound of the end. Ummmm is the beginning, middle, and end. So just maybe for a half minute or so, we can together calmly sound of ummmm. In and out open your mouth and when you are ready from childs pose ummmm.
