From fetal position we can then gently open the eyes, and using our hand to prop ourselves up into a comfortable seated position, crossing the legs, or perhaps you might want to be in arrow pose; either, or is fine. And hands can be in a comfortable position, eyes closed. They can be resting up above the lap so you can connect your thumb and your index finger, resting them upon the lap, breathing in and out through your nose. And this is a time in sitting meditation where we're just resting with the breath. We're letting the mind be empty. We're feeling the beautiful healing energy now flowing through our body from our yoga practice, and we're letting ourselves be in the warm embrace of silence and stillness. If the mind wanders, return to the breath.
