I was looking at the various programs that were being offered, and I found this Running with the Mind of Meditation workshop; and I thought, “Oh, that seems interesting cause I like to run"; and I thought, "Okay, I like to meditate. So lets see how the two go together; cause it seems like one is movement and the other is stillness"; so how do we get stillness in movement?". And so I feel that this was meant to be, in a way. I feel a spiritual connectedness. And I am having some pretty fantastic experiences doing the meditation, just the sitting; and I am learning a lot. If this is there next year, and I am around next year, I will come back.
