Transcendental Meditation Heals Anxiety & Stomach Pain



Transcendental Meditation has definitely helped to calm me. I, by nature, am a worrier. I’ll find something to worry about. When that level of anxiety happens, it was definitely affecting my digestive system. I would get pains in my stomach. I would get heart burn. So naturally I sought medical help. They wanted to prescribe drugs and antacids but I didn’t want to do that, I didn’t want to go that route. I thought… if I could just get this under control myself. I heard about meditation so I tried it and in less than a year I noticed that my digestive system has pretty much returned back to normal. I think that’s because I don’t worry as much. The anxiety level has gone down and that’s a huge benefit for me because I’ve been able to deal with this problem without any medication. It’s the TM that’s definitely helped me. I’m very thankful for that.
