Hi this is Acharya Prem Bhatia on behalf of Expert Village. Now when your stomach comes down count one. When it comes again count two. Sot his way start counting without any break. And if you're counting breaks again start from one. So without breaking your counting keep counting the movements of your abdomen. So once you stabilize your body you can stabilize your mind too. When you keep counting and when the counting goes up to thirty, forty, fifty up to a hundred then you can say your Shavasan has gone very good. So at one side we are relaxing our body, other side we are relaxing our mind. It will improve your concentration, it will improve the balance of mind.
