So this is a written meditation. It's a technique that a lot of times psychiatrists will use to diagnose problems that you are having. But, you can use it just by yourself in order to, again, think about anything that's bothering you, anything that is going on in your life, or even just certain patterns in the way that you think or the way that you look at things. All you are going to do is write. It seems simple but you'd be surprised how when faced with a blank page sometimes you just want to sit there. The trick to this meditation is just to keep going. Start writing and don't lift your pen. Write, even if it means you write the same word over and over like "I don't know what to write, I don't know what to write, I don't know what to write". Sooner or later, thoughts will start coming up and when they start coming up catch them. Just write them down, get them right out of your head. They keep moving along. Don't stop and see what happens. Ready? Ready? Go.
