So now we are going to be seated on the floor and facing our partner. You are going to turn your left palm till it is facing up and then you are going to bring your right palm up onto your partners hand and they are going to bring their right palm into your hand. If you can just kind of latch your hands down onto your thighs. We are just going to work here and work them with subtle energies of the body. So you inhale; I want you to imagine that you are driving energy from your partners right hand through your left hand up to your heart and as you exhale we are going to send energy out through your right hand into your partners left hand up into their heart. This is like yoga meditation. Her left hand is the feminine side of the body, it is the receptive, reveiving side of the body and the right hand is the active and descending and then go ahead and bring your palms together in front of your heart and look to your partner and bow.
