A walk in the park - guided meditation - with Natalie Dekel



This is a walking meditation with a baby. Listen to the sounds of the birds... They truly help to connect what is real in life not the worries about work, money, relationships... It's about being, living. and staying connected between the earth and the spirit. The earth gives us energy unconditionally, the pure love. Sharing this energy means acknowledging, means you give it back to Earth as well. Allow the trees to absorb any fear and negativity. That way, you give back to Earth the love and acknowledgment she can give us. Allow the heart rate to go down... so it will be balanced along with the twitter of the birds, and the rhythm of the universe. Allow with every step we take to refill your energy. Filling every chakra with love and light so that your energy goes up on a scale of 0 to 10, towards the 10. Feel the strength pouring into your body as you walk along, enjoying, just being outside in nature. The spring, the opening of new leaves... bringing a new page in your life as well. Harmony envelopes you on every level of your life; Be open to that. Continue with the deep breathing... Visualize as if you are filling with each breath, every aspect of your body with beautiful golden-green energy. And as you walk along ask yourself, what is it I want to be next? What is it I wish to become, to have in my life in in the near future? Visualize all that you want happening right now as if it already has started to happen and manifest. If you cannot quite be sure about what you really want, just imagine what would it feel like? Perhaps just as you are feeling right now; at peace and content, calm... no worries, just at peace with yourself. Perhaps this is what you need to feel. Take your time to visualize or feel that feeling. With each new breath you take, visualize that feeling for your future, strengthening up, manifesting even more and more all the joy and abundance you've got to receive and give to life. Juat as this tree starts to manifest the leaves, slowly knowing it will unfold and come in its own time... Visualize your heart wide open, so that all the negativity, pain and hurt of the past leaking out, leaving no trail behind you, absorbing to the earth, As the negativity and the hurt come out, fill your heart with joy, with simplicity of being... with acceptance of the present moment just as it is...perfect. We are perfect right now in every way. We are surrounded with perfection... Surrender the resistance and allow the joy to fill every cell of your body. Feel the sunshine beaming down on your body, into your body. filling every single cell with love and joy, filling the space left by the darkness that has gone, and filled it with a golden light, so that sunshine is shining from inside every cell of your body. Allow your mind to be as still as that lake in front of us. Don't let any thoughts talk or discuss anything with you, just let them pass gently... allowing the sunshine to continue to pour through your body. Fill your mind with peace...1 and allow yourself a deeper, strong connection to earth.1 so that you feel every link of the chain1 that links you to earth singing with joy and music.1 Allow yourself to be happy for no reason1 for just being here...1 Feeling at peace, calm...1 joy filling every pore of your being.1 Just being here...1 Allow yourself to become as flexible as a willow tree;1 as strong as an oak.1 Link with the trees on your path as you walk along.1 Choose a tree that you particularly feel a connection to;1 and allow yourself to take the good qualities of that tree,1 and learn from it.1 And as our walk comes to the end,1 bring yourself slowly to your full awareness.1 Become conscious of your body again, fully.1 Bring your awareness down to everyday details of our life,1 right now, in your body.1 Thank you for joining me on this walking meditation1 with me and my baby.
