With a deep breath, I just want you to slowly imagine yourself being pulled back through your tunnel, feet first, leaving the object you chose, to come back to, at anytime that you'd like. Slowly just moving your fingers and toes bringing awareness, back into your body. Lying corps pose, just moving your fingers and toes. You can stay in this position, if you'd like, but I find it better from here, you just gently roll over, onto your right side. You're going to cradle your head with your right arm, left hand can be wherever you'd like. Just deep breaths and relaxing into this and then, just taking these last few moments, to reflect on everything that you're grateful for today. For your life, for your friends, for your job, your family, your Country, your beliefs and whatever it is, for you, today. Just taking these last few moments to reflect on your thankfulness and your gratitude, for those. Take one more deep breath and then as you exhale, using your hands to slowly walking yourself up, keeping the neck relaxed, into a seated position. Whatever position that you choose. You can keep your eyes closed. Just take in some deep breaths, then feeling the benefits of the relaxation.
