Yoga Meditation oga Meditatio bject Meditation

Having released all that negativity, just want you to tilt your head back slightly, to lie on your back and just try to capture a sense of weightlessness, as if, you're floating in the waters, floating in the air, if you can. Then I just want you to imagine yourself being pulled back, head first, through a tunnel as you're just gently floating and choosing an object that you're going to meditate on. That object is going to be whatever comes to mind first, so when you hear the words peace and love and joy. Whether it's a person, a place, a memory, if it's God, if you just want to reflect on those words or those feelings. You're just going to stay and meditate, for a few minutes, on those. What I want you to do, during this time, is take those in with all of your senses. Whatever your object is. Notice any smells, any tastes, if there are there any colors, are there any sounds or words that come to mind, maybe you want to meditate on those words, instead. Noticing how it feels, if your object is tangible, to the touch but most importantly how it feels in your heart and again, you can choose to meditate on those feelings instead. Just reflecting on peace and love and joy. Just staying there, for however long you'd like. For a minute, for ten minutes and the next segment, we'll bring you out of this.
