What is Meditation? Meditation is a tool to help to be able to use your mind as well as you could possibly use it. The reason it works like that is that you're using time when you meditate. You're using your mind on your mind. Using the mind to pay subtle attention to experience, breath and body that helps you to concentrate. Apply your attention to things that you need to do. Doing it with patience and persistence; tendency to drift off to other things is reduced. You're mind becomes calm, and settled and do what ever it wants. What's really important is it helps you develop that skill used at work, dealing with people and other stuff.
