Mediation is given by life in the form of going to sleep. Every being when going to sleep is naturally given a meditative state Every being when they wake up in the morning will lose a few pounds of weight. This means that whatever you created during the day time will be taken out by the night. The important part is that your mind is disconnected from the body. Universally, collective consciousness of your body will take care of you for your benefit. Mediation is exactly sleeping time. You can’t meditate by sitting in your comfort zone, still having music and smelling essences and listening to background words. You are still trying to control what bothers you. That is not the way it works. For example, when doing my research and I see images it takes about 3 to 4 hours to look at them. I don't sit in the form of meditation. I just lies down, it looks likeI am sleeping. There is no difference if you are sleeping or if you are meditating that way. We don't understand the meaning of sleeping. The sleeping time is the true meditation. There you can put things together. For that you need consciousness. Wouldn't this be considered to be going unconscious? Consciousness shuts off because whatever you are thinking while you are sleeping harms you too. There are people who can’t fall asleep because they keep thinking about what they were thinking during the daytime. They are not disconnecting their minds. Once you disconnect your mind then life takes care of you on its own, as a mother takes care of a baby.
