This has lavender and amber and all kinds of amazing things and it makes me feel very much that I'm doing something proactive to make my house a wonderful place to be. All I'm going to do is I have my incense bowl, I've set the herbs burning and I'm just going to sit in silence, taking a few deep breaths, inhaling and exhaling. If I feel like it I might say a few words, I might talk a little bit to myself about my intention or I might combine a breath meditation or a mantra meditation in with this aroma therapy moment that I am having here. Otherwise, I am just going to sit. I am going to allow myself to fall into this sweet scent of the incense and see what it conjures up. You try it, see what happens for you.
