S1E1 Sleep Whisper Meditation - Bus travel through Germany



Hello people of the world. My name is Fl?ster Whisper In this video I am going to relax you with calming background noises of a bus as well as my whisper voice. So let?s get started. Firstly I want you to be comfortable. I suggest you sit in a comfortable chair or lay down on the floor or bed. Anything will do as long as you can see yourself being relaxed in that place. To make sure you are totally relaxed I want you to take three deep breaths with me. Inhale... and exhale... inhale... and exhale... and one more time... inhale... and exhale... Everyone of us has different kinds of stress during the day. Sometimes even after a night of sleep we wake up finding our minds busy with sorrows or other problems we need to solve. Some of us may struggle finding the time and funds to take care of sick relatives. Other?s feel pushed by their bosses to reach unrealistic goals. And some of us might be in some sort of depression for whatever reason. Important is that we will push all our worries out of our bodies for this relaxation session. This is your time of day to recharge your batteries, to get back to a healthy state of mind and to prepare for the tasks ahead of you. Imagine your body. Scan your body from top to bottom. Now concentrate on your feet. Imagine your feet have some residue of stress in them. Now imagine you take the stress and push them a little up to your legs. You can feel your feet being now free of negative thoughts and stress. Our scanner will now go up to our calves where we find more stress residue. And again we push them up and up all the way to our thies... Good... Now take this package of stress and negative thoughts and push them forcefully up to your chest. You can feel a big amount of it in your chest now. Go ahead with your hands... Concentrate on them... Very good... Now again push all worries up to your underarms... Collect some more energy to push further to your upper arms.... Good.... When you are ready for one last push, push the negative energy all the way to your chest where all the stress of the lower body is still residing. Concentrate of this big heavy mess off negativity, anger and stress. Let?s focus on it for one more moment... Now grab it and push it all the way up to your head. Park it there. Feel how clean and peaceful the rest of the body feels like right now. I will count backwards from 3 to 0. On Zero we will use all our mental engery to kick out the big knot of negativity out of our head. Three.... Collect your energy... Two... Keep saving up your energy.... One... Prepare to push and inhale deeply. Zero... Now exhale and keep pushing all the negativity out of your mouth, nose, eyes even ears. Keep pushing until it?s all out and relax... Scan your body again. From your toes to the top of your head there is is just calmness, cleanliness and relaxation. It?s all pure and bright positive energy... Very good... Now you?re in the right stage to go with me on a journey to the past. Imagine yourself as a child. You are 8 years old and surrounded by people that you know and love. You are in a bus going on a weekend trip to the countryside. You wanted to sit at the window so you could see outside. Everything is very new to you and exciting. You see the beauty of the green grass and the tall trees. It is sunny outside, but the temperatures are pretty low and it is windy. But you are fine with it because you are wearing a cozy jacket that keeps you warm and protects you from the wind. Now concentrate on the monotonous engine sound of the bus. It is so calming and relaxing. Just relax for a little... Relax.... Very good. You1 feel absolutely protected in this modern coach. The people on the bus are calm and relaxed1 and peaceful. You can hear some of them talking far far away... But it doesn?t bother you.1 You don?t feel alone. You are totally relaxed... The vibration of the bus and the unevenness1 of the street make the bus shake slightly. It reminds you of your days in a stroller1 when you got driven around as a little child. It?s all good. The countryside outside is1 so beautiful and relaxing. It is as if time is standing still or passing by very very1 slowly Somebody is opening up a sandwich bag. But all you do is to stare out of the window.1 You see wide areas of grass passing by. You see trucks and busses on the same freeway.1 Everything is calm and nice...Relax... The monotonous engine noise makes you sleepy and1 totally relaxed. You feel absolutely calm. There?s nothing on your mind right now. Your1 from stress cleaned body feels innocent and new. Your mind is calm... The background noise calms you down1 even more. You don?t feel alone. You feel safe and sound.1 I?m going to count down from 10 to 0. By the time I say 0 you will be relaxed enought1 to fall asleep... Good... 10 Concentrate one more time on the background noises.... 9 Feel1 how your body is totally relaxed and calm... 8... Nothing can disturb your state of relaxation...1 7 don?t forget to breath steadily and deeply... 6... My voice is just part of the background1 noise... 5... While you are fading away you still open up your eyes sometimes. You still1 see the green countryside outside... 4... You feel totally safe and calm and nothing can1 interfere with this state... 3... you are almost about to fall asleep... 2... your mind is in1 pure harmony... 1... everything is fading away.. 0... good night.
