[indistinct] >> John Prat he type of meditation that we've been doing is a way for us to understand our minds better; to develop a mind that is more accessible, a mind that will do what we wish it to do. So we think our minds should be peaceful just by [snaps fingers] like thinking they should be peaceful and then the next morning we should wake up peaceful. But by the same token, if you want to go run a marathon we wouldn't be silly enough to think we could run a marathon the next morning, if we'd never run before. >> Runne o you see? >> SM eah, it might have had me. [indistinct] >> John Prat o the process of meditation is likened to that where overtime you develop more peaceful mind, a strong stable mind; just training our mind over and over again, and over time we're building strength, just like those repetitions of the weights he was talking about. The same thing about running, and then we can run a marathon. >>Runne ey. >> Cameraperso ey >>Runne an Francisco, number one in his age group.
