Try to feel the breath, as it enters your body at your nose. Feel your breath as you inhale moving through the throat into the chest, the size of the ribcage belly and the back. And then exhale feel the air move out. Again inhale in and slowly exhale your breath out. In the next breath in, just say to your self I am breathing in. And as you exhale say I am breathing out. Again when you inhale I am breathing in and your exhale I am breathing out.
