So continue with this meditation. It is a very simple mediation. A simple meditation could be very difficult. You find your mind wandering just release whatever thought that is distracting your mind, just focus your mind just on the breath and again inhale. Say silently to yourself I am breathing in and with the exhale say silently to yourself I am breathing out. As you begin to feel your body is becoming relaxed and your mind is becoming a little more calm. Remember a goal meditation is to be nor to so just be present along your breath to keep you present in this moment your either breathing in or breathing out.
