Finding the time to Meditate is about a number of things but firstly it's about these top prioritizing your time. So no matter how busy you are, just take a moment to think how important your mind is in your life. You know it's responsible for everything you perceive, whether it's your physical experience, your emotional experience or your mental experience. If you mind is not in a good shape or a good health there's no way that you can experience a full, happy healthy life. You know, so by prioritizing in saying "this is important to me" you'll be more likely to make time. I think that perhaps looking at your diary and saying "okay where can this go in in my day?". Some people actually have to put in that diary, it might be they even have to set a reminder in their diary to remember to meditate and that's ok - what ever you need to do. I know people who put little reminders around the house with little post-it notes and stick in places so they can remember to do it. But I do think that in finding time whether is ten minutes, fifteen minutes or twenty minutes, everybody has the least ten minutes in a day. You know, it is about saying "this is important to me... ...this is going to change the way I feel and going to change the way I related to the people around me" and that's why it's important and why I am going to make time for it each day".
