
Neck rolls. Let’s start with the drop, our right ear towards our right shoulder, drop our chin towards our chest, drop our left ear towards our left shoulder, now we are not going to drop our head all the way up back, we are going to just look up to the ceiling… not going to drop my head to my back, right ear right shoulder, chin to chest, left ear to the left shoulder, you are going to smooth out that circle and we are going to keep our breath nice and slow, so we are not doing the breath of fire here, we are just breathing smoothly and easily from our belly area, let’s do one more rotation, your chin comes to your chest but then change and go the other direction, so the right ear comes to the right shoulder, looking up towards the ceiling, left ear to left shoulder and chin to the chest, smooth out that circle, you can keep this nice and slow, so we start with the base of our spine, we work all the way up our spine to our neck, let’s do one more, let’s come this side, let’s inhale, we are going to hold the breath for the count of five, one, two, three, four, five and exhale slowly and hold the breath out for a count of five one, two, three, four, five.
